This company is just the worst, especially regarding their customer support. I was mining ETH in the crypto.com defi wallet when I hit a huge snag. While I was trying to swap the ETH I had mined (10,145 USDT), the system unexpectedly logged me out, and it looked like I was no longer mining. In my effort to fix the problem, I clicked on the receive voucher option, hoping it would get me back into the same mining pool. To my shock, I got a message saying the system caught me trying to be in two pools, which was totally not true. I was just trying to keep mining in the same pool. But crypto.com went ahead and froze my 10,145 USDT without giving me any reason. It feels like they’re trying to take my money because they withdrew funds from my personal wallet without my consent.

The message told me to set up a new wallet, which I did. But then they said the only way to get my 10,000 dollars back was to put in another 10,000 dollars. This requirement is just ridiculous and seems like a scheme to rob me of more cash. Why on earth would I need to deposit 10,000 dollars to get back the 10,000 dollars that was taken from me? They say it’s for verification, but they won’t accept wire receipts as proof of ownership. They only demand that extra deposit, which I simply can’t manage. They’ve drained every cent from me, leaving my bank account overdrawn, and now I can’t even cover my rent.

To top it all off, the customer service team has only replied to one of my messages and has been ignoring me for four straight days. They completely brush off any questions or comments I have. This entire ordeal has been a total nightmare, and I still haven’t seen my money. It feels like I’m being punished for not being rich. I’m at my wit's end and might have to spend money on a lawyer. This small mistake on their end is costing me late rent, an overdrawn account, and this awful company just keeps ignoring me and taking my money.
